Boat Club

Pay As Go: $20 paid per vessel for Club Membership fee and 1st launch, once Member’s application is approved. Each time thereafter, the Member pays a fee of $10 for each launch.   

 Resort Long-Term Guests receive Discount  

• 1 Meadow Lake Resort Boat Club sticker; 
• 1 Resort Guest Parking Pass for one vehicle. (Pay As Go Member must get a new Guest Parking Pass each visit); 
• Entrance of Four (4) people through the Resort to access the vessel at the Resort Boat Launch; and 
• Discounted fee for Boat Club sponsored Events (i.e. fishing tournament).  

1. Must follow all state, local, and federal boating laws 
2. Meadow Lake Resort Boat Club sticker must be affixed to the vessel next to the TX Reg. #.
3. Financially responsible for damage done to Resort Property. Also, if the tow vehicle and/or trailer get stuck, they will be towed at the owner’s expense. Any damage caused to the ramp, or any Meadow Lake Resort property, from the tow vehicle and/or trailer will be repaired at the cost of the boat owner 
4. Resort Guest Parking Pass must be present and viewable on vehicle when it is parked.
5. Tow vehicle & trailer must be parked in designated Parking Area.
6. The Member privilege of "Entrance of Four (4) people through the Resort to access the vessel at the Resort Boat Launch" does not include the use of other Resort amenities.  Contact Meadow Lake Resort Office regarding use of other Resort amenities as well as any additional cost. 
7. Only Boat Club members may launch boats 
8. Operators are responsible for their passengers and guests following Boat Club rules. 
9. Must consider the safety of others at all times.  
10. Must refrain from annoying fisherman either in boats or on the shore.   
11. Must abide by a speed limit not to exceed 3 MPH, or to create a wake, by the Resort dock channel. 
12. Kayaks, paddleboats and canoes have the right of way at all times
13. Boat and trailer must have been pressure washed and dried for at least 5 days after being used in any waters other than Meadow Lake. MLR reserves the right to inspect the vessel. 
14. MLR reserves that right to void any Membership at any time.  
15. Must sign MLR Waiver.
